Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 2026
At TABULA., we take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality catering and food services for our clients. To maintain our rigorous standards of preparation, inventory sourcing, and scheduling, we enforce a clear and consistent refund and cancellation policy outlined below.
1. STRICT NO-REFUND & NO-RETURN POLICY
All orders operate under a strict no-refund and no-return policy once payment is made and confirmed. While our standard policy is strictly non-refundable, any exceptional refunds approved by management will be subject to a 5% bank and administrative fee to cover processing costs.
2. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & VALUE REDUCTIONS
Changes must be submitted at least 13 days prior to delivery. Order totals cannot be reduced due to our non-refundable policy, though you are welcome to add items subject to availability.
3. PRICING & SYSTEM ERRORS
TABULA. retains the right to cancel and forfeit orders affected by system bugs, technical errors, or calculation mistakes, issuing appropriate notices when necessary.
4. MISSED DELIVERIES
Orders are forfeited without a refund if the client is unavailable during the confirmed time slot and unreachable via the provided contact details.
5. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
For incorrect or incomplete items, clients must notify TABULA. within 30 minutes of delivery or pick-up to receive a prompt refund or replacement.
6. EXTREME WEATHER & SEVERE STORM ARRANGEMENTS
Kitchen and courier services suspend operations during Black Rainstorm or Typhoon No. 8 (or higher) signals. Instead of cash refunds, we coordinate directly via WhatsApp to help reschedule or arrange an alternative delivery time.
7. POST-DELIVERY SPOILAGE & TEMPERATURE CONTROL
No refunds or replacements are provided for food-borne illness, spoilage, or quality degradation resulting from improper post- delivery storage, delayed consumption, or failure to follow temperature maintenance guidelines.
8. VENUE ACCESS & THIRD-PARTY OBSTACLES
No refunds are issued if delivery is delayed, obstructed, or canceled due to restricted venue access, lack of elevator permissions, or parking complications at the destination.
9. CATERER-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS
In the rare event that TABULA. must cancel an order due to unforeseen kitchen capacity constraints, critical staff shortages, or operational impossibilities, a prompt full refund is issued as the complete and final resolution.
