We deliver to most areas within Hong Kong, except Outlying Islands.

• HK$300 Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & New Territories.

You can be delivered between 8 am and 8 pm from Monday to Sunday. Kindly specify the hour in the "Order Note" section.

The customer has to be readily available to receive the order on their selected date and scheduled delivery time.

If delivery is attempted and customer fails to show up during their confirmed pick-up window, the order will be forfeited without a refund. Please note that we are unable to reattempt delivery later in the day or return the order to our kitchen. 

You can order up to 72h before the delivery date. You are encouraged to contact us in advance if the order is over 30 boxes.

Once your order is placed, we will reach out via WhatsApp to confirm your specific time slot. Therefore, it is essential that you provide a valid, WhatsApp-enabled phone number at checkout. We cannot be held responsible if the contact information provided (email or phone number) is incorrect or if our correspondence is not checked.

When placing your order, you can specify any allergies or special requirements in the comment box. We will gladly substitute the item for another.

Our catering food are made-to-order, they are using fresh, perishable ingredients which are sensitive to heat and humidity. While we provide a thermal bag with your pick-up to assist with transit, product care becomes the customer's sole responsibility once handed over. We are not liable for spoilage or quality loss resulting from delayed refrigeration, prolonged transport, or improper storage after pick-up. Please plan to travel directly to your destination and refrigerate your order immediately. 

In the event of extreme weather (such as Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above) our kitchen will close and courier services will be suspended for safety. If this happens, we will contact you via WhatsApp to coordinate an alternative plan — such as a later delivery time or a rescheduled date.

Complimentary disposable napkins, tongs, plates and cutlery kits are included proportionally based on your order size for single-use convenience. Additional sets are available for HK$15 per set.
